Pilot observer course

Hi, I am not a pilot . can anyone help me? Is Pilot Observer Course the same as the Air Traffic Controller course? appreciate if you can give me a website i can check or give me the course contents of the Pilot Observer Course. thanks!!!

It depends on the context, but it almost certainly isn't the same as an ATC course. In some helo circles, 'Observer' is the name of one of the two aircrew that operate an aircraft. It's closer to Pilot than ATC.

Observer is the name given to a 'navigator' in Royal Navy parlance. Nothing to do with piloting. (100kgs of wasted fuel if you ask some, arse saving crewmember if you ask me!)
