2 Years - Still nothing.

Another job search thread.
I lost my flying job 2 years ago. Still have not heard from anyone! Sent applications anywhere!

Act of frustrations!

:ugh:

What do I do wrong?

I have no first hand experience, but...

Try going to africa and get a bush flying job?

Get your flight instructor rating and go in person to local flight schools and see if they are in any need of a flight instructor. At my flying club I know there is a shortage of instructors and I know 2 other schools that I've visited that needs instructor as well.

Two of the instructors at my flying club recently went to turkey and was able to score a 737NG job without any experience on it.

You say you lost your flying job 2 years ago, what kind of job was it and what's your experience?

I think it's been proven before that you can't wait for the jobs to come to you, you have to go out and get them yourself.

...after paying TR+ line training, and probably they are back at home living with mom or dad wondering how they can get a PAID job.:ugh:

get real , you, bunch of dreamers! there are no more paid jobs in this world!
aviation is for the losers of 22 yo attracted by shiny jets and convince mom and dad they will become a super captain...

and my last sentance will be: WHY SHOULD THEY PAY YOU ????WHEN THEY CAN GET PILOTS FOR FREE???
.

oh i would pay twice the cost of the TR and 6 years bond,,,but where is the damn job!!!

With that attitude I hope you never find a job, but as you are willing to pay whatever price to be a real airline pilot and can tell that to all the girls, I expect you will find a job as the industry is in a phase where what you represent is what low cost airlines with poor conditions are looking for. An idiot willing to pay any price to fly a shiny jet.

:ugh:

I would sign for 50 years but again, they want your money.this profession is reserved only for the nuts who still belive it's still a profession and don't have the courage to accept it."I did a mistake to start aviation, look I am still unemployed and the futur doesn't seem to turn into my advantage". (that s a mature reasoning based on fact and reality like captain Superstorm)

instead we see too many times something like:"hang on,mate, the crisis is at its end, jobs will come and one day cockpit will come to you, don't desperate, we all have been here, just wait your turn, just wait"

(first I am not desperate, I am not waiting that jobs come to me, I go to jobs and I ask for money, i have not been there, I am not like you,...and I am not your mate...!!!)

...and this type of reasoning is stupid, childish, reserved for children with no education.Regrettably too many idiots are in aviation.:{

My best advice to you : get a proper education like fix cars, dentist, computer, truck driver, taximan, business man, countabilty,...before screwing your life in an unskilled profession like airline pilots where any schmuck can become a pilot in less 2 years when other REAL profesion take 5 to 10 years training. This is why they will never pay you :ugh:.

see you in 3 years...I bet most pilot will hang themselves.
