I've got a job with an airliner and all the interview and my airline medicals are over.Please tell me,about the points i should be aware of,before signing a contract with the airline.Give me valuable points regarding signing an agreement.Please advice......

I don't think that too many people are too clued up on Indian contract and employment law here. I stand to be corrected though!
