2500 hours TT & minimum 1500 hours Command.

Desirable Requirements

I think the above would probably narrow the competition down though. Great experience all the same :ok:

You'll find the 'diversity statement' on every public sector job these days.

Will they really find someone with those hours willing to do the job? Ok, if I had the hours I'd jump at it, so I guess I just answered my own question.

<heads off to dig out friends number who works for the BAS, figure they might have need of a safety pilot :E>

"We offer a generous benefits package including a defined benefit pension scheme, free car parking, flexible working hours and 30 days annual leave"

What use is free parking at the South Pole!!?

Well, the last thing you want is some ba##ard traffic warden coming along and sticking a clamp on your Huskies now isn't it!

I have become friends with somebody who has done this job and he assures me it is bloody hard work. Ever tried refuelling a twotter in the really really really freezing cold by yourself using 50 gallon drums of fuel?
