CTC or Parcs which one to choose?

Hi guys,

I am not sure whether this topic has appeared before or not but if it has then I am sorry. Can anybody elaborate which one is a better choice for MCC. I am planning to do an MCC and finding it hard to choose an organisation. If you know a better one then info very much appreciated.
