Hi everyone!

I have recently been viewing the easyjet website and CTC McAlpine website and started to read about the selection processes - although I am young and very enthusiastic it all seems rather scary!:ugh:

They stated in their description of the second stage

Quote:

You will undertake tests designed to evaluate your physical, psychological, personal and educational attributes.

Although I am an intelligent student I wouldn't like to turn up and freeze up due to the shock of not knowing the answer to their questions so if anyone has experienced this stage could you please specify what these tests consist of?
