In a nutshell, yes.

They have several offices around the globe including CAN, US & UK. Th emain person is a Ken Hamilton who I believe is Canadian.
They website appears interesting with lots of jobs (mainly overseas) and an upbeat "things are getting better" theme. Of course, the proof of the pudding is always what is their track record like in placing candidates and that I cannot answer.

All I can say is that I was a member about a year ago and applied for numerous (for which I was more than qualified) advertised positions and always tried to follow up after sending my resume into cyberspace. Not surprisingly, I never heard from a single client or indeed, from this company. So I quit subscribing (I don't believe in flogging a dead horse!).

Then, about a month ago, I rcvd an email from KH asking if I was interested in an Asian contract they had coming up and that all previous members had their subscriptions re-instated for free until Aug 2004. This is all public knowledge & can be seen on their website. Well, ever since then and having replied in the positive, I have been waiting to hear some definitive news. They do state that it is their clients who make the final decision on who gets interviewed or not and eventually hired.

I have no doubt that it is a legit agency and I was surprised that after I quit they did contact me again to offer a "free" membership and to put my name forward for a specific contract. Like I said, I'm still waiting..........
