Sri Lanka Airlines information

Hey All:
I just got called to come interview for a A320 slot with Sri Lanka.
I don't really know anything about the company, living conditions, or the interview process. I have a wife and 2 boys, so I am really trying to find out what life would be like there for them.
Any information would be great please.
