Can any of you guys in the know with flybe. give me any further information on the current recruitment situation please?

Been in the holding pool for a while now and I'm trying not to be impatient but it feels like the trails gone cold at the moment.
I'm doing my best to keep up to date with company affairs with regards to the Q400 fleet but I'm desperate to find out any more morsels of info that could give me an idea on a possible start date.
I have read all the usual IPA/BALPA newsletters and have also been informed by D.D. over the telephone that recruitment is on hold whilst existing crews are retrained onto the new type.
Also I was told that there should be a requirement for 40 f/o's starting early 2004ish.

So in summary if you know owt then I would love to get a reply.

P.S. any Idea how many people are usualy in each hold pool? Also it would be great to hear from any other hold pool people treading water aswell to read your views/thoughts.

JarJam - dont know how large the hold pool is, but do know that recently we have taken on a couple - but that is because they have residency right's for Jersey and Guernsey.
But expect to hear something in the new year is all i can say.
