I don't think aeronautical general knowledge refers to aeronautical history, more likely to flight principles, type of planes(wide/naraw, type of engines, etc.)...

No there were no technical questions in my interview. Just your passion for wanting to be a pilot and joining the industry. How you as a pilot can improve customer experience and improve efficiency of an airline. Had my interview a couple months ago and this is what was covered. Hope that helps

You are being interviewed to give them the best part of £10k and that doesn't guarantee you a job.

So the interview process is pretty easy really... it's nearly all competency-based... "when have you shown leadership/adaptability/resilience" etc.

Once you pass, pay your £10k, and do the MCC... THEN if your training report is good enough (i.e. average or better) they will stick you into the hold pool behind all their modular and integrated pilots. So you're in the 3rd priority group behind all those. And they've got around 200 integrated people a year going through.

£30k apparently.

I hear EZY will secure the loan (if you're approved for it and joining them through CTC) but then you have other living costs, such as 2 months accommodation and food.

I heard it was £9,000 for EZY.

Could be wrong though; but that's what it was when I checked around September time.

30k sounds like a much more accurate rate than 9k. Certainly if you are going through one of the integrated schools anyway. LlamaFarmer's post basically nails it!

I remember hearing a few years ago it was 30k, still the same then by the looks of it. I'll factor it in to my sums

I have been invited to the test. Any current info on the process and what to prepare? Is it similar to the CTC White Tail assessment?

llama farmer that's correct. just in terms of the hold pools, if you do well enough to get into easyJet then you'll be out of the pool in no time. don't get into easyJet and you could be in there a while...Ryanair seems to be pot luck at best.

Is it the same as the CTC Wings process?
Boldpilot, yes it is. Search through the CTC Wings thread for more info on the assessment.

Hi all,

Does anyone of you all know what sort of questions we'd be getting for the one-on-one interview. If so please help me, because I'm going to attend one in the future.

Thanking in advance
Kj
