Does anyone have any insight into the CONDOR selection process?
They announced they are now looking for FOs.

German B2, speaking to colleagues at the airport, It must be a fun airline to fly for.
Apparently Condor uses Interpersonal for their recruitment, having (roughly) the same assessment as Eurowings. A BQ, sim screening and CQ.
Try looking at pilotenboard.de for more info, or browse these forums for a bit of info as well. All in German but that is a requirement anyway..
