I'm in same situation. I applied in early September and still haven't received a response.
We just need to be patient. They say that time frame can vary from person to person.
The people who recently received an invitation how much time did you wait for the invitation?

I don't know why we haven't received an invitation yet, while we have applied far earlier.

Same situation from 29th of September. There have been many people that applied early October and they have already been invited to Dublin for early November. They were receiving invitations for online assesment 2-10 days after applying.
I don't know why we haven't received an invitation yet, while we have applied far earlier.

Hey guys,
I had my interview a couple of weeks ago in Dublin and wanted to share my experience and some impressions.
As preparation I used airlineassessmentprep.com and for the sim I would definitely recommend UPilot in Dublin. I did a prep session the day before my interview and it was so helpful. They send you a briefing package with pitch and power settings and profiles and tech + HR questions that you can prepare with. I was so happy doing my prep with these guys.
The atmosphere on the assessment day was very chilled and relaxed. After a short presentation about the company and training, a very experienced captain went through the sim part like profiles callouts etc. So feel free to ask anything that you are not sure about or where you just need clarification. During the HR interview the HR lady asked questions like "Tell me about yourself, why did you choose a career in aviation, what do you know about RYR fleet, operational wise benefits of the MAX, where do you see yourself in 5 years, why do you thing would you be a good captain, do you think SOPs are important, would you deviate from SOPs, how are you going to finance your Type Rating". They just want to chat and know more about you and your personality. Just be yourself and please be honest. The captain was a very cool and relaxed guy. He asked about some speeds of the aircraft I did my UPRT with (tbh I didn’t know and told him so, just be honest) and about the aircraft from flight training. He asked about the electrical system and brakes of the B737. So the situation was very chilled and I felt very comfortable and it was quite fun to have a nice conversation with them. In the SIM we had the POL4T in Liverpool. After doing the briefings (as someone mentioned here before, make sure that its just a short briefing containing all relevant information) we did a normal Takeoff and did some steep turns. Thereafter we had a Forward Cargo Fire. We did TDODAR and decided to return back to Liverpool. We did the ILS and landed.
A couple of days later I got the email that I passed the assessment.
Preparation is key. Learn the profiles, callouts and ask for help from your PM or try to help your PF when you are acting as PM.
Best luck!

Where there any cases that received an invitation for the online assesment more than 3-4 weeks after applying? I have applied on September 29th, and still haven't received any invitation.
I guess chances are that I will not receive at all, or are there reasonable chances that I will?

I think its hard to say.. no idea how they manage it. I applied on 30.09, received pre assessment invitation on 06.10, completed on 08.10, on 10.10 I received a positive reply and info that I'm in holding pool. Since then nothing.
A friend of mine applied in early September, after two weeks he was already hired.. I guess he is extremely lucky because he also got invitation for Wizz assessment after 3 days of applying.
This waiting is not easy but I guess we all have to be patient.. Good luck Guys!

Hi!
I applied on August 2021 and failed on the assessment in Dublin. I heard of people repeating the assessment 6 months after and even being able to reapply. I keep updating my profile, however, I cannot reapply since it mentions that I have already applied. Was anyone in this situation and managed to get a second assessment? Any recommendations?
Thank you all and have a great day

it's amazing how many desperate men/women are willing to pay a fortune just to say they're pilots. this is the most disgusting company in the world. you even have to buy the uniform yourself. although I believe that it is easy for many to spend mommy and daddy's money, but in the meantime they are ruining the whole industry by contributing this nonsene pay to fly sht
best regards

I applied in 2020 and never got a reply. I was unable to login and unable to reset my password. Then in summer this year I created another account and reapplied. They linked the 2 accounts (They have matching logic I think) and deleted them both, and now every time I try to apply again the same thing happens. Anyways, in a way I guess they are doing me a favour by saving £30000
