Hi all,
I have an invitation for direct entry first officer position with Ryanair.
Now I have to do an online assessment with 3 cognitive test and 1 behaviour test.
Does anyone know which test this will be and how I can prepare for this?

Apologies if I’m on the wrong thread, but have any already 737 TR FOs been recruited by FR recently too? If so, how was the process?

they called me back in September and asked me if I was still interested, and to keep updating my profile that I would be called back! to date still nothing!

Has one of you recently been on assessment as an experienced type rated B737 First Officer?
My question is to what volume did you have to do aptitude AON test?
Does it include Hand-eye coordination or smth similar, or just basics as personality test?
From the first look many tests on pilot assessment preparation webpages look like they applicable mostly for cadets

how are the tests? the questions atpl? on which platform did you practice? does the test always require video recording? I heard that during the whole test phase you are registered! thank you

Hi everyone. For those of you who have passed the assessment for direct entry FO: do you know if RYR send any sort of contract or letter of intent before the OCC? And in case when?

There's a website called PilotAssessments. They were quite accurate for me. They have all the tests, which you can encounter plus some ATPL questions, which is pretty much all I used to study for the test. During the whole assessment, your camera and microphone have to be on.

Regarding the AON test, I think it depends if you apply as cadet or as direct entry FO.
As direct entry FO you get
- personality test
- spatial orientation (heading airplane and relative postion to beacon)
- rockettest (fly through a tunnel and try to fly through moving objects, you can increase/decrease speed aswell)
- multitasking test ( 3 things you have to do, see if a arrow is pointing left or right, solve math adding/substracting/ you have a bunch of numbers in a a row and you need to check if 1 of the numbers is a duplicate or not)
For cadet I dont know, but you can find/buy training software online
