I was thinking about it. One of my friends was rejected, there is a company who makes Ryanair Mentored APS MCC in Dublin, if you pass theirs pre assessment (same as online in RYR), and complete the APS MCC Ryanair Mentored they GUARANTEE you that you will be invited to the second sim assessment. Of course they not guarantee being successful, but they guarantee that you will get second chance

I wanted to know if there is anyone who has been called back like me. thank you

Hi everyone, I received a permanent contract with Ryanair. Roughly a month after line training. Just to update you on the situation

Are the initial permanent contracts being offered at the same terms as the line training contracts (£16,800 plus £12.83 per SBH)?

Each contract seems to be specific for each base. Mine is around 30K€ Basic

Most likely there are tricks to solve them quickly (which I am not aware of obviously hehe) so if anyone can help with it I would really appreciate it!

Also for the multitasking test (with the runway and airplane), what kind of math is it there? I have tried it in "pilotest.com" but I feel like it's quite heavy math considering its supposed to be mental math (at least for some of them where you have triple-digits division etc).

I have looked in to the websites "latestpilotjobs" and "pilotassessment" which I've heard is good, feel free to let me know which one you used (if any) during your online pre-assessment

Thanks!!
Hello,

advertises are nit allowed here, but from all platforma you mentioned I recommend the last one is nearly exacly the same as the Real online assesssment.

If it goes about a time. It is limitated and the Real inductive as well as deductive are much harder than those on the platform, but you
don’t need to do them all. They give information about it.

Multitasking - theres is no taak with landing plane and runway, no need to practice this one, everything you have on the mentioned platform.
math is quite easy, just adding and substracting Numbers, up to 30, no dividing etc.

hope it helps

I’ve recently passed the online assessment and I recommend PilotAssessments.

Content forms a good preparation for the (online) assessment and a very helpful forum!

Good luck!

I don’t know how they select applications. But in my case I sent an email of interest and in the same afternoon I received the link of the pre assessment, 3 days later I completed the test and the following day I received an imminent date. I ll be there in 10 days

Man, here it’s hard use the PM (cause you can got just one message). SID, some manouvres, emergency, and ils with a landing, that’s all about a sim part. I suggest to buy a sim session to get ready for it. About technical part, some HR and 737 questions. They want to see if you, first of all, are trainable. Show CRM.

I had my assessment in Jan, SID at Liverpool to PoleHill (takeoff on westerly runway), turns onto headings, climb and desc to certain altitudes, do both at the same time, climb/desc to xxx alt at 1500fpm, Ding! (some failures, could be heartattack, company advise return due to xxx, cargo fire, etc.) The sim will be frozen so just call for checklists and DODAR (or use any decision making model) After deciding, sim will unfreeze and you ll have to set up the app, notify atc, cabin crew, pax, while being radar vectored, so suggest slowing down. Ask for extra track miles if needed. Normal ILS to land.

Pretty much sums it up.
