Hi everyone,
on 31st January 2022, I applied to Ryanair Cadet Program. On monday, 07/02 I did my online test, recived the results on the 09/02. Today 10/02, I recived an email to do the sim assessment in Dublin on 1st March 2022. Anyone else ll go on this date?

Once you guys received the email after the cut-e, did they add you to an “hold pool” and then got the invitation few days later?

I recived an email that I was added to the holding pool. One day after I recived an email with the invitation to do the SIM assessment

Age IS a factor for Ryanair - They just don't mention that because its illegal

Same here: 44yo, all first passes, 96% ATPL, JOC and MCC on 737, Aeronautical Engineer, ICAO English 6, almost 300h (which is good for a cadet), fATPL....not good enough to proceed to the interview phase!

Not yet! Feeling a bit discouraged at the moment since I am now realizing that age and knowing the correct people seem to be fundamental factors in this industry!
Always thought these would be important factors, but not as fundamental as I am now realizing!

At 30k RYR were unable to attract enough cadets during a worldwide pandemic never mind at 40k when a recovery looms and every other operator will be recruiting.
