Exactly the reason why you shouldn’t read too much in to what a lot of people claim on here to be ‘fact’, when it is usually information thats been passed on many times before ending up here.

He has also been misinformed about the contract. The contract the current cadets are receiving are the exact same contracts & pay scales that they were receiving pre Covid, only with the emergency covid deduction included. This 20% reduction starts reducing from next summer.

The only time I post on here is when I see misinformation being spread, as I believe it to be unfair to people considering applying.

I am not trying to promote nor obstruct the company or the scheme, I am just trying to set the facts straight.

Please everyone check your information before spreading nonsense on here, as you will look like a fool when it turns out to be completely incorrect.

Has anyone did the online assessment in recent weeks ?
I applied almost 3 weeks ago and got nothing back whereas some friends got an email answer in 3-7 days when they applied in September and October.
Maybe it's because of holidays or something ?

Been yapping to a couple of old colleagues around the place. Discussed the RyanAir cadet issue, general consensus is they need everyone they can get, not for training cash input as some suggest, but they are about to lose a raft of crew in the next year or so, and they know so. So great news for upcoming cadets all worried about getting on the ladder. plenty of scope, just work hard and you'll soon be there.
FR crew are chomping at the bit to get out soonest, fed up with the broken promises and viewed the Jet2 way they handled things, has only intensified the greener pastures views out there.

Well, this is not a news for me. Just encouraging more to stay positive because the negativity we are enough!
Thanks for sharing your recent yapping discussion.
All the best!

It was a bonus. The shares have been awarded to him at a price of around 8e sold at 17e-ish.

It was from a 5 year bonus plan in 2014. Incredibly shocking optics to cash it in now, but when has the devil cared of optics.

Hi Anneo,
Did you do the online assessment?
What questions did they ask you for the video interview?
Good luck
