I am also looking for tips on which application or website for SHL test and compass test that you advice me to use to help to prepare for it and what are the questions to expect in the interview? What is the interview process?

Do not go the Assessment. It is a waste of time and money. Save up your money for other airline interview. They are not sincere in selecting a proper candidate. The TRI kid with 5000 total hours and 2000 P1 hours will roast you up. You think that you pass with 1hr 30 minutes interview, after two weeks of waiting, you discovered a 40 minutes interview candidate passed and you failed..
