I have just got an email and I passed with no information about which program, but next days I will be contacted by a training adviser to discuss further steps.
Sorry to hear about your results.
Are you the one who has been accepted into FTE?

Congratulations !

Yes that's me ! It's been heartbraken to see I failed even though I have been accepted into FTE few weeks ago.
am really wondering what they are looking for. It makes me wondering what's wrong with me

I don't think there will be any feedback.

Two of us (the 4 french people) have been accepted btw !

I understand your thoughts, I've been in the same situation few months ago, will send a pm with details.
If you passed FTE and Stage 2 at cae that means you have the skills of becoming a future pilot.

Hello both,

Sorry to hear the bad news JSB, however, you’ve got the FTE offer! I’m sure you’ll have a great time if you decide to accept.

Congratulations ventor and the two others who got good news. Luckily there’s no requirement for Spanish for this course

I was accepted this morning also. Have you heard any other news??

NKK

I attended the Stage 3 on the 20th June and passed. Was curious as to whether anyone's received the call yet for the de-brief mentioned in the email?

I went to my Stage 3 on the 11th June. I got the email about passing 2 days later but was told because of a bit of a backlog it would be a couple of weeks before I heard anything else. Still, nothing as of yet.
Symbiotics emailed me 8 days later to setup a 10 minute phone debrief which is happening later this week.

Stage 3 Invite

Hi all, I’ve just passed the Stage 2 assessments for the EasyJet MPL. I want to book the Stage 3 assessment however I’m not sure which option to book onto. Both the Volotea and Vueling courses have their own dedicated assessment pages but the easyJet one does not. The only one that I could book would be the CAE integrated ATPL stage 3 (ideally I want to book onto the next one available which is Tuesday July 30th). Is this the correct one to book onto? As I don’t particularly want to pay £185 to find out that I’m on the wrong assessment day and can’t get a refund. I’ve tried to get in contact with CAE but their phone lines aren’t active during the weekend.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Congratulation for passing stage 2.
Currently its not possible to book Stage 3 for EasyJet, as far as I know the program is closed for the summer, possible for the entire year.
When they will open again, there will be a special section to book on clearly market with Easy. My advice is to contact CAE to ask when they will open booking for Easy.
I understand your impacience but you will have to wait quite a bit. There are people who passed Stage 3 in June and have not received yet an allocation date for starting the training which I've heard will not happen until 2020 since the program is full.
Nevertheless they will open again, all it takes is patience.

I am in the same boat too so thank you for that information! Regarding the actual day, besides the basic stuff you’d need to be well versed on for a day like that, does anyone know the extent of the technical knowledge they may ask about during the interview? Specifically any knowledge on flight systems, wings, engines etc? Best of luck to everyone starting or hoping to get to the next phase!

As it currently stands, there are no available MPL courses in Oxford for the rest of the year, and they're not certain whether they'll be getting them for early 2020 as a contract needs renewing. They mentioned that they had over-recruited cadets and now had to prioritise those still unplaced from June and early. I've been offered a spot in Madrid in either August or November, or Brussels in September (2019).

Whilst I would have preferred doing my ground school in Oxford, I'm just pleased to be offered the MPL at all! I also had a whitetail offer from L3 which I kept open until recently (as an insurance choice), but even they said go for the MPL as people would 'bite your arm off' for a spot.

Preparation package is enough.

Bit disappointing that. I got through the stage 2 assessment in July and was hoping for a shot at the stage 3 in November. Kinda disheartening when you’ve paid all that money and psyched oneself up and now you’re not even sure the course/interview will be on.

Sorry to hear that, DrBrian, and congrats for passing Stage 2. I'm not clued up on exactly what's going ahead for 2020, but I'm sure they'll sort something. I was told that I could either start the MPL this year, and have completed ground school by the time an Oxford course opened up, or wait til then. Seeing as it's just ground school that's based at either Brussels or Madrid, it's not a huge switch in my book. Will still be returning to Oxford after Arizona. Also, I'm just curious - have they actually offered you a concrete November date for your Stage 3, or has that also been pushed into 2020?

This is nothing new with easyjet, it's not the first time they've done it. They have a disgusting attitude towards those who take the time to apply and prepare for the process. Don't be surprised if they come up with an excuse saying your tests or part thereof are no longer valid whenever they do decide to bring you to the next phase. It reminds me of that time a few years ago when they offered a load of people who went through the whole process positions and said they'd passed, and then came up with some nonsense that in fact they didn't pass due to a change they suddenly did in their personality requirements. They are good to work for but they have little regard for the convenience or pockets of those who bother to apply.

They’d offered a date in November which I’d booked but then cancelled it along with all the other dates going forward. They have said they’ll know more in 6-8 weeks.
