Hi there,

Did anyone hear any insider info from LEVEL in its Austrian branch Anisec?
I am looking for work conditions, environment, benefits... anything apart of what they state here: https://www.career.aero/site/de/job/show/id/2942

Brgds!

ANISEC UPDATE for FOs and CAPTAINS

About ANISEC and INTERPERSONNAL :

If you are job desesperate and if you are ready to spend hundred euros of travels to Hamburg and other places in Germany, ect + lots of accomodations : apply and good luck !
But,
If you are disgusting to pay for these people ANISEC + INTERPERSONAL and other airlines such as Germania (collapsed !) : just forget and apply somewhere else.
1 : Interpersonnal ask you to pay for travel and accomodation 2 days to Hamburg to perform a "basic qualification". This day at Hamburg is for baby pilots leaded by F/Os who think they are god !
2 : If you pass, then Interpersonnal ask you to go to ESSEN, where they are playing with a Fix Base simulator : not A320 certified, for what ? to check if you can perform an IFR pattern inbound or outboud !
3 : if you pass you will have to pay again to fly to Hamburg + hotel for another interview !
4 : If you pass you will have to pay again another fly to Hamburg + hotel for another final interview !

This screening could have been respecfull for pilots by organising a combinaison ALL IN ONE or TWO DAYS screening process at maximum, as most of the airlines are proceeding.
Generaly National Flag carrier or majors can afford long screening process. The process in long, but you are targetting a MAJOR. But what is ANISEC .....with 2xA320 and 2x321 in order ???

By requesting applicants to pay travel arrangement and accomodation AT LEAST 4 TIMES , they are playing with pilots money because this money is not coming from their pocket.
If at least it was proposed a full refund after screening process ?? This shows what will be the employer attitude and how they will treat you. Clearly this airline doesnt need pilots at the moment and does not consider pilots as they should be consider.
Recruiting is one thing, keeping pilots in the airline is another one and is much more difficult.
Interpersonnal could reply "but this is company process" : but Interpersonnal is not the airline. They are just the agency for recruitment (for the moment) and they are finally accepting to become accomplice with the airline in this awfull expensive and unfair process.
We are not a gamblers but airline pilots ! This people are just trying to do business and money on our back !
Could you afford to pay and continue to pay again and again travelling expenses for an hypothetic job ? With no draft of contract, no date of entry, long proccess concerning mostly non type rated guys or F/O cadets.
By the way this basic qualification tests had made me laughting as it was so ridiculous !
For those who are thinking i am frustrated because i failled : i passed ! But i refuse to pay futher more and to play anymore this game !
Guys, lets stop this bargaining games with these awfull people !
If you need some more info i can provide in private [email protected]

Couldn't agree more...
Take a look at Ryanair, Wizzair, Easyjet, Norwegian, Middle eastern companies and many others.
They can arrange an assessment that lasts 1-2 days in total without useless astronaut tests where you have to pay hundreds of Euros and then sit there for 8 hours in a classroom to try and memorize figures and colours.
After that they decide whether you are suitable to be a pilot or not. Even if you have been flying commercially for the last decade...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these entry-level pilot positions? For those with little or no hours? Why would experienced pilots apply for them?

They do not need experienced pilots ? Just low hours cadets who are champions in "BQ" tests ?
But they do need, as they need to train you guys with zero hours or low hours !
But by their attitude, they do not deserve experienced pilots at all !

Some of these airlines offer positions for captains as well as for experienced FOs for a rapid upgrade.

I passed the CQ last week and altough I can see your point I do think the situation is a bit different than you sketch here.

First of all, the selection is divided over three days (so not four). Depending on where you live this can be costly yes but this is different per person so I don't think your statement of hundreds of euro's is applying to everyone (I paid €300 for all three phases combined, I travelled by train and stayed a total of 4 nights in a hotel).

Further more, you want to get a job as a first officer or you dont. If you are fresh out of flight school there are maybe a handful of jobs at the moment (assuming you don't want to immigrate to another continent).

Quick sum up of the three days:
  • 1st Round: Basic Qualification in Hamburg, one day;
  • 2nd round: Simulator Screening in either Hamburg on the FNPTII or Vienna on the A320 Sim (<500hrs or >500hrs/TR respectivily) half a day;
  • 3d round: Corporate Qualification in Hamburg (final interview), one day;
All in all I certainly agree that a selection process of one (or maybe two) days is preferable, but this is just the way they decide to do it (Eurowings, DHL, Condor as well by the way), and as mentioned before, they are recruiting rookie first officers so experienced FO's can apply but don't expect the premium package when you clearly know you are not applying for a flag carrier.

Yes, SkyTest is perfect and they're the same as for Eurowings.

What PGDRAERO is mentionning is not wrong… Some of the candidates apparently have been waiting for months between the 3 different phases. Interpersonnal is giving the impression they have been running recruitments with no actual positions to fill. The problem is that, by lack of transparency in the process, Interpersonnal is giving a fairly bad image of the airline it represents. It gives an impression of total disorganisation at best, spoof recruitment at worse.
Ryanair, EasyJet, Wizzair, Vueling make the whole selection process in 1 or 2 consecutive days at most. It shows efficiency and professionnalism and it works.
Conducting unecessary lengthy recruitment processes does not attract and select higher calibre candidates.
Bearing in mind that Interpersonnal is nothing more that a recruitment agency, one can only wonder if they have not been just trying to justify their very existence. At the end of the day, it is the very essence of their business without which they wouldn't get the money.

At RYR you pay 400 Euro for the screening alone. Put on top your travel costs and accommodation. And now tell me what's more fair, IP or RYR?

I think that German or dutch language is a hidden requirement even if not stated in the job offer.
Chances to get hired without speaking D or NL are extremely low.

Not true. I know someone from Lithuania and another from Italy who got job offers from them. They don't speak a single word of Dutch and German.

I applied in April and received an email last week that they have fulfilled all their requirements for the foreseeable future. Next expected hiring is in Autumn and my application will be considered for that.

This is not true for sure. We are a group of more than 10 on the waiting list for Anisec, and the majority of us do not speak German nor Dutch. We are fresh out of school, from all nationalities.

Still, as said above, they are full for now and we don’t have any information except we have to wait for a TR date.

How about your age group, 20-30?
I am asking these questions because I have attended the final interview (cq) and did not pass. There is obviously no feed back.
I think I am too old for them (38). Also straight out of a flying school, integrated.
I am quite disapointed as the itw and group exercise went quite Well, I had the profile they were looking for (college degree etc...)
really disapointed...
