I don't think that we'll have news soon, interviews are scheduled for the 2nd week of January, I think that processing all the applications will take several weeks

How do you know it's the second week of January for the interview?

Aer Lingus did. Look at their website on their DEP section, on the FAQs page. It's under: "What is involved in the recruitment process?". They have also stated it elsewhere.

Well on the cadet program, it takes like 2 to 3 weeks to go through all the data from the assessment. So I'm guessing it takes about the same time for DEP.

No confirmation email either - do they send any (online assessment done last sunday)?

My application status still shows "Invited to the online assessment" - or something like that

Especially the video part cannot just be easily assessed by a machine like "right / wrong", so it will definitely take some time to go through all of that... And the fact a video assessment is very impersonal makes it probably even more difficult in a way.

I wouldn't panic if you aren't invited to the first wave of interviews. 2 years ago I was called a few months after I did all the aptitude and video interview stuff.

Has anybody heard anything yet?

If the interviews are indeed the second week in January, when do you think we will hear? Last year I could not attend the interview because I did not have enough notice and was away working. If I can't get the request in before the roster is done for Jan, the same thing will happen again! I am really hoping to attend the assessment.
