Eurowings Europe DEC Assessment

Good evening!

Considering Eurowings Europe as they also offer Palma de Mallorca as homebase.
Any info regarding the Assessment (Psych, Sim) for a DEC position? Interpersonal is conducting these assessments now, no DLR test any more.

Thanks for help

It seems their terms and conditions are far from the best and that you'd better consider other opportunities like Thomas Cook.

for the assessment, it’s a mini DLR (they could not get candidates so they decided to lower the barriers):

1-tests (like DLR but easier)
2-sim (manual handling and then a loft)
3-interview (usual personal stuff, no tech)

for PMI, are you aware that your net will be round about 3300€-3400€ with no sick pay for the first 6 months and no crew food?

no i am not aware of their T&C for PMI. i thought if you have some PIC time, they will adjust yout basic salary accordingly, less than 5k after tax is not accaptable at all.

perhaps a better idea to look into EasyJet...

Dear lord, so 5k after tax is an acceptable salary for a Captain these days?
