Me either. I finished all the assessments before finishing time but i suppose a two of them i did wrong. One with the hole bacause i did it in imac and i had a problems with a mouse and second one with compass (an important one) cause i didnt understood a rules and i thinked a time for assessments will be close soon. Its wierd because i did a similar tests for military aviation and ive got a best result with compass and orientation. The two of them i passed well on military tests and here i failed, but its life. So, i expected no also, i think.

Negative - An utterly bizarre process I must say! Has anyone tried emailing them again to see what's up? I've done that twice over the last month and got the same automated reply back. One would imagine if they can reply quickly saying "please wait", they shouldn't have an issue saying "no thanks". (Beating the dead horse!)

No Call No Email

Morning All,

Just wondering whether anyone from the “No Call No Email” group has received any positive correspondence over the past few days?

I am still just about holding on with some hope!

Many thanks in advance. Have a good day!

Best regards,

Anyone heard anything this week? I'm still in the no call, no email camp. Have no hope at all now but really wouldn't mind closure!

That would be nice news but I think we are all in the draft folder for "thank you" mails. I guess someone will click SEND by the end of the summer.

Well I finally received my no thanks email today. I do find it slightly bizarre that it has taken them this long

No call No email!

I didn’t receive nothing from them yet! I spoke to a member of this group trough WhatsApp and he told me that his assessment will be tomorrow! Let’s keep waiting for email or calls! Good lucky for all.

Tomorrow is the last day of assessments guys. Outcome of assessments SHOULD be distributed out toncanridates next week if you made it to the afternoon sessions. Keep trying if unsuccessful! Perciverance is key!

Didn't progress through to the afternoon session earlier this week when I did my assessment centre. Absolutely heartbroken and devastated, more so given that they don't provide feedback whatsoever.

I know this is an eternal debate on the forums with polarised views each side but I simply cannot understand the thought process. They know how much this means to each candidate and a key aspect of aviation is reviewing decisions and learning from mistakes so I'm a little confused on why they can't give you at least a paragraph offering some outside perspective.

I don't think it would bias future results should you apply again in the future because it's unlikely you'd gain anything above the others as the standard is already so high. But from a closure and general recruitment practise point of view I really wish they did it. You can see them making notes about you throughout the day as well

Personally I'm still going to reflect on the whole experience, try to pick apart what I could have done better and give it another shot if the programme opens again in the future.

Best of luck to anyone who made it through to the afternoon sessions, you thoroughly deserve to be there!

If true, there were thousands of applicants and hundreds got invited to the assessment center. Offering personalized feedback to every rejected applicant seems rather unreasonable and for them its nothing but waste of resources. They could write to you that your personality wasn't a match but then you would want to know what exactly was it with your personality and so on...

Where did you hear that the outcome would be received next week? I was told end of August. Good luck nevertheless!
