That also happened to me. It's described as a 'personality questionnaire', which sounds very similar to 2 of the other tests you have to do from 'part 2' of their email to you.

so have you managed to complete part 1 now? I can only assume there has been an error in the system they use to send out codes. Hopefully it wasn’t linked to two peoples accounts!

I haven’t done assessments like this before. I would be interested to hear if anyone has done a video interview and what to expect.

I am nervous but excited at the same time regarding the whole process.

I think the best is to contact the AL support, as specified in the mail. They should be reactive I guess !

Same for me, couldn't load the first assessment as "it's already been completed", went to start the first part of the 2nd and got an error saying the access code is not valid.

I'd reccomened sending an email to [email protected] highlighting the above problem. It sounds as though this may be effecting quite a lot of candidates so I expect them to either resolve it swiftly or extend the deadline.

Just gone through the video interview. You have 40secs to prepare and 1.30mins to answer. Fairly simple questions

ive still not heard back. I was hoping it would be a quick fix. I can access the second stage assignments but I don’t want to do them until I have done the first one.

Has anybody done stage 2 yet? My laptop is on its last legs so want to see if i can do it on my tablet. I know i can do the video interview on my tablet but would like to know what the rest is before committing to a device
