Hope that you understood what I was trying to say. Thanks!
I think they have no interest to help anybody during the assessment, instead their interest is to choose the best ones, they will see whoever's suitable for the job, whoever has enough interest to study, enthusiasm, next to teamwork and cooperation. I trust they are experts on their field. Considering the huge amount of candidates, they have where to choose from and they will choose the best ones and I don't see why would they help anybody?
however, during the training the trainers will do their best to help the cadets, there is when their interest kicks in as they made a huge investment in the cadets and they will be the "teachers" who help and only then.

I can confirm no one will help you during the assessment (they won't try to make you fail either) - you simply need to do your best. During the training however you'll get loads of support if needed. Once you're in no one will be trying to stop your progress, after all ATOs will get full payment only if you complete the training so its not in their interest to make your life more difficult than it needs to be.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I have one more question. How do they select the base for their pilots, after they finish the pilot training?

They blindfold one of their employees, stand them in front of the map and they're asked to keep throwing darts until they hit a country with Wizz base in it.
It is a bit of the lottery really, especially the first one. You get a selection of what's available but again, you're more likely to see Chisinau than Budapest. When you're in your first base you can apply for your desired one and join the queue. Apparently its not too long in most cases.

Thanks again for your answer. I really hope that after I will finish the training, Iíll be assigned either in Moldova (Chișinău) or Romania.

Hi! Is it true that most of the Wizz Air Pilot Academy interview questions (math. / phys. ) are from the SkyTest software? Also, how hard were the question from this 2 topics (Easy / Medium / Hard) ?

Thanks! Feel free to PM me, or reply to the topic.

This is really strange. I applied as a mistake, and still got invited to an interview (the application is frozen right now, since I told them that I will come to the interview when Iíll be ready). But, as an idea, if you apply to both of the schools, you will get a bigger chance to get invited to an interview. If you applied only for one school, you may need to wait more.

Hi Dan, how long did it take them to give you an answer since you applied on the web?

Thank you for answering me
