The selection process for the first batch of the Jet airways cadet program concluded on 20th of this month. Only 17 have been selected and the program is set to commence from late January 2018.

Do you have knowledge on whether the final stage of assessment with Jet Airways include only a panel interview or have other elements such as group discussion/ activity?

There was no orientation like Indigo. We were sent the LOI by courier and it wasnt as professionally done as is done by Indigo. But this may be due to the fact that this is Jet airways first time entering into the cadet pilot program.

The final stage of the assessment consists of a panel interview and a psychometric test.

I passed the CASS round, waiting for Interview now. It was easy.
But is it reliable, considering that many pilots were put on long waiting periods after receiving the LOI, will they do the same with their cadets ?

Theory is very basic physics, Maths and English with formulas provided for each question.
For the ADAPt multi-tasking assessment please watch this video, the same thing is there in the test. My suggestion is to meditate before appearing for this test as it requires concentration for multi-tasking.

And I made it through the last stage of interview.

Yes they provided formulas in the start which covers all the questions. Don't know passing marks.

What is psychometric test? How can we prepare for it from home? and there is no group activity like Indigo selection process?

MindQ is the test, some questions which you answer based on personal preferences, no preparation for this but you can apply some common sense.
No group activity.
