BAA Small Planet Airlines cadet program
Good day.
If anyone of you have been selected for final screening that will take place on 18th of December?
I have been flipping through forums and internet but didn't find anything related to the assesment in this company.
How many days will it take? Will it be only interviw or interview + group training? I am interesting in any information about it.
I know only two things.
First, you should know history of the company.
Second, you should be yourself while interview. And of course prepare answers for typical questions...

Hello.
Yes, now I am finishing theory as a cadet. I had an assessment before starting theory, and it was pretty easy. They invited me to the main office, where we(7 people) had a presentation and then individual talk to each of us. Not so hard, just know what you want and be yourself. From 7 people 3 passed as I know.

Do you know what happened to this cadets? Have they been offered another cadet with one of the airlines partner with BAA? Or are they going to continue their training and at the end of the ATPL they will have to find a job by themselves?
