You can try to register and see if they accept you! You can tick the “other” option from nationality box.

well the main issue is that it says “email already registered” even though I’ve never done and I’ve tried with about 20 different emails

Wow, that’s strange. Have you tried to contact them and ask them why is this happening?

It doesn't work and your application is not processed because you do not live in Poland or Romania. The program is not opened for other countries.

just got a quick reply via email. They told me this issue is basically to say that the program is open only for Polish, Rumenian and Bulgarian citizens

are you saying that the program "NTR cadet" is only for east countries (poland...) ??
coz Ive been applying years (for 5 years) and still nothing and was becoming crazy. So if that's the case, wow... I can turn the page and move on!!

I guess you are mixing up "wizz academy" that they´ve started recently and NTR cadet (300hrs TT) to join the TR.
There are limitations on the first one, nothing on the second one.
