Post Jetfly PC-12 copilot vacancies

Jetfly keeps advertising positions for PC-12 copilots in Luxemburg/London on a monthly basis. Their requirements are compatible with low hour pilots. I have applied several times but they don't send any response.
Has anyone applied and got any news from them?

Jetfly request 1000 hours as preferred flight time. Not really compatible with "low hour" applicants.

Recruitment for jetfly is done by BCFT (Bournemouth commercial flight training). School push most of their students down that route. At least you guaranteed an interview with jetfly. They most definelty take on low hour/just graduated students from BCFT. not sure elsewhere. Maybe 1000hours kicks into play.

I have a bit more than 1000 hours, but they don't respond to my applications. I guess they only get pilots from that academy...

That is sad. I can't understand why these companies prefer to get recently graduated pilots rather than pilots/flight instructors with 1000+ hours. Especially when they are about to receive the PC-24 twin jet, which is a much more demanding aircraft type than the one they are operating right now.

Just got this reply to my earlier application:

Thank you for your application and your interest in Jetfly.
Unfortunately you are under our requirements, which are at least 500 Flying Hours and a Level 5 in English.
You are welcome to apply again once you meet those requirements.
We also would like to remind you that we fly PC-12 and CJ3. We won’t keep interest in any CVs which have only Type Rating for big aircrafts.

As I have English as my 1st language, I assume that I got the custard pie based on the fact that I do not have 500hrs so it's interesting to note that they do take fresh grads from a certain FTO.

The answer may well explain why those with the required hrs but rated on larger tackle have not got anywhere.

The search continues, good luck to all.

Just got the same email. I don't have English as my first language, but I do have level 5. So I suppose these are all automatic emails without even taking into account the CVs we sent.
I agree with you! I just think they should stop posting these jobs continuously if they are not hiring anyone except few people from specified FTO.. it's just a waste of time for other pilots!

I had the exact same mail. I believe it's an automatic answer for unsuccessful application as my English is level 6.

Regarding the hours maybe they don't want people who had TR already so they can train you from zero like they want you to be.

Good luck for the future !

Don’t worry you’re not alone - I have applied earlier too and never heard a thing with 1700tt & 650h PC12.

Recruitment has been completed already. I passed the selection in Luxembourg in October and sim with theory beginning of November. I passed the selection but starting within 18 months... They are slowly starting the hiring process for positive candidates.

But I think Bournemouth is not the same recruitment. But I got the choice for Luxembourg or London for the base.

Hello, I saw that you've been recruited by them, how is the situation nowadays inside the company? What they've been offered you?
I just received an email from them for an assessment in Luxembourg, what about the interview? How it works?

Cheers 👋🏼
