Thank you for your reply and your compliments. I know that my english is not perfect, and you, underlining that, inadvertently made my point. What I was trying to say is exactly that, if for example someone is searching for a native speaker/writer it would be better to express it in the application requirements, would not be ? In that case a foreigner not enought skilled pilot like me would have never applied. But if the requirement is level 5 english like it was, so is not nice to hear later that maybe I was dismissed because my english level is not at the level of a native speaker. English level should be a requirement, not the object of the selection itself.

I'm not directly involved, but a number of my ex students who are not native English speakers have been selected to the next stage. So that isn't it.
Maybe Titan and Virtual won't give you feed back, but I will.
The tone of your OP is rude and aggressive. I don't care if you scored 95% or what other qualifications you may have, you don't sound like someone I would want to be sealed in a metal box for 14 hours with.
You are also dismissive of the advice you were given. This suggests an attitude problem and perhaps future difficulties accepting training input on non technical skills. In other words you are flagging yourself up as a training risk.
Perhaps a period of thinking about whether you are really as perfect as you think you are might allow a bit more humility to show through the next time you apply for a job.

I recall the advise given to a student on completion of the course, was to find an English speaking girl friend to ensure that his marginal English would improve over time.

2) Bearing in mind the above question, do you really feel that you put the absolute maximum best effort you could into your application to our scheme - or did you treat it as just "another" application?
3) How many applications have you made to jobs that received no reply at all? Did you take to the internet to rail against those employers and training providers?
However, I completely understand and sympathise with your position. I hope you can take my words as trying to give you a personal response as to why you perhaps didn't quite make our shortlist on this occasion.
We hope to run another cadet scheme in 2018 and we aim to learn from the whole process, and to improve it if necessary, when we conduct a full review of the scheme in due course.
We would welcome your next application in line with the advice that I've offered you.

Can anyone at Virtual Aviaition clarify whether already being rated on one of Titans types but zero hour and already having a MCC/JOC would count as a negative?
I thought if anything would show a reduced training risk.
I will try and attend one of the upcoming opendays and see if I can gain some more personalised advice

Certainly not a negative - but as neither a type rating nor MCC/JOC was required for this programme, exceeding the requirements would not necessarily be a benefit either.

I got rejected too saying I was not qualified. Not sure how seeing as I've got 3 type ratings, 2000hours working in a commercial air service overseas!!
All my EASA documents are up to date! Maybe I'm over qualified. Who knows.
