Help and recommendation in writing cv and cover letter for newbies :)

so the day has come from being a ghost member reading and learning in silence to the day i ask for help

so I got my CPL back in 2015 from South Africa, and I literally have excel sheets so I won't apply twice to the same company, any who it seems that below 500 hours on type pilots have to take a long nap till opportunities open not to mention if you come from a Middle Eastern country chances are getting slimmer.

the question (finally )

after trying many CV forms and styles my good friend and mentor in life said that I need a professional aviation CV writer.

any recommendations or help,

SIA are hiring newbies again and I think she might be the one, my lucky break my one and only.

I really did work hard to get here (as most of the aviators ) I don't want to miss my chance because of an annoying font or something.

PS. if any one can advise me with the name of the recruitment manager it will be great
