Ryanair graduate cadet programme
Anyone have my experience of this or know the details of employment, how it works etc? Pros/cons?

Hi, the scheme opened just over a year ago (February 2016) and advertised for 2 graduate candidates to spend a year working in ops/ engineering before being recommended for type rating.
Those 2 people must be getting close to the end of their year now so they might well be advertising again for another couple in the near future, that’s assuming that the scheme has worked well and that they want to re-run it.
