It happened to me, they didn't give me a clear answer as to why I wasn't selected by Wizzair but by SmartLynx. I declined the offer in the end, paying an extra 25K for the type rating was too much for me given the risk of choosing SmartLynx, but that's only my judgment.

Last year
Last year there was an option if you fail WizzAir interview to go to SmartLynx, however they changed it this year. Basically if you pass the BA assessment, your results will be presented to both Airlines. Based on your overall results (compass, profile xt and BA interview) one of the companies will pick you for further interviews. If for some reason you fail on this interview, you do not have chance to try for the other company. This is information I got from BA managers.

Because they passed the assessment and the interview for the June intake, but due to other factors, they couldn't start then, and are starting in September. But I heard that guy's are invited on the interview on 27-28 of June.

Would anyone who was previously on WizzAir interview be so kind and share with us what questions were you asked? What was the group task? Any tips or advice? I would really appreciate it and I'm sure the others would too.

As for the interview: be yourself and be honest. There is no "right way" to pass an interview. They want to get to know YOU better. Think about yourself, what makes you being you and why you want to have the job. That should be fine.

So, since no one wanted to share in one post how the final interview round really looks like, I've decided to do it myself.
Now, what I am about to write is something you have probably read throughout many other posts, but here it isn't at one place. All this information was already available, now I am just confirming it. Therefore, this isn't any violation of company or academy rules.
The final round is depending on the number of candidates divided into two days. On the first day there is presentation about the company (financial and technical statistics, pay grade table....), a group task and F2F (face to face - individual) interviews, while on the second day there are only F2F interviews for candidates who didn't have it first day. So if you do everything on the first day, you are finished and not required to stay another day.
Group task:
You will be devided into groups of 5 people and will be given a problem which you have to solve as a team. This year the task was to determine where the new WizzAir base will be and to decide first 3 destinations from tat base. At the end you will have to present. It is important to work as a team here, not to have loud and messy disagreements. You should make a decision as a team. It is not so important to place the base on a perfect location and have perfect routes since you probably won't have such experience, however, it is important to work as a team. You will be given around 20 min for discussion within your team and then you will have to present it. You can decide to have one presenter or all of you can say certain part.
F2F interviews:
There are 3 experienced interviewers who will make the interview seem relaxed, so try not to stress to much beforehand you get in the room. Of course, don't underestimate it and if you can try to prepare yourself. Even though this time candidates weren't asked questions about company (number and type of A/C, bases, routes, number of passengers....) it is recommended to know this information. Candidates were asked some of the following questions:
-Why do you want to be a pilot?
-Why do you want to leave your career to be a pilot?
-Tell us about a split second decision you had to make.
- Several candidates were asked how they plane to finance their training.
- The interviewers will focus on your CV, so really all candidates had mainly specific questions for them. Prepare yourself to talk about your CV
Even though the schedule says F2F interviews will be 25 min, they were around 15-20 min.
I know thes isn't a lost of specific questions and that Ismail because the final round was really like this. Mainly focused on each candidate with a set of questions in accordance with their CV.
I know I haven't said anything new, but here it is at one place.
Be well rested, relaxed and please don't lie. You only risk being eliminated from the consideration.

You are right.
WIZZ AIR will pay for your TR and then bond you for 49 months. During this months, they will deduct around 420 EUR each month from your salary.
This will start as soon as you get the FO status.

You're right, 455 was just what I had in mind, I don't know where from, probably from the presentation, but 420 it is, because I just checked if my name is spelled right on the contract.

On the final interview round held in July it was presented by the WIZZ AIR that the bond is 49 months. Maybe some of you who got the contract earlier had different conditions!
Just like there are two options for your TR. You can pay it yourself. The TR is about 11K but you have to pay also for all transportation and accommodation. On the other side there is on bond. However, if you pick the bond option which is 35K EUR, you will have to pay it back for 49 months. But....you can get 10K reduction if certain conditions are met!
