They will send the results from the tests to wizz, and they will decide if they want to call you to an interview. At least this is what I've been told. BAA won't guarantee your interview with Wizz

Hello guys,

Anyone here who has done and passed the Compass test at BAA and is willing to share some information, especially about the "Physics" part. It's gonna be my first assessment so I am quite excited.
Your answer is really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi Sarah, are your two days of assessments, the profile xt/english test on day 1, and COMPASS/interview on day 2, both at BAA? Or is the second date for an interview with wizz. Cheers

Hey guys! I"m new here, and I"m also interested to take a part and apply this Wizz-Air program.

I have a question about the reputation that Wizz air pilots get. On the hand, you get a contract for 3 year that you can accomplish more than 1500 hours for your ATPL, but I"ve heard that it would be hard to get a job in western EU airlines after you worked for Eastern EU airlines companys.

Is it true? Someone knows a Wizz Air/Eastern EU airline who works for western company?

The interview is with BAA, and based on the results of the profile XT, compass test and interview, they will or will not recommend you to Wizz, and the interview with Wizz should be somewhere to the end of April. Good luck

And for those who passed the BAA assesment - How did you prepare yourself for the assesment? I"ve heard about 2 good sites: pilotaptitudetest and latestpilotjobs.

Can you share with us how did you do that?
Thanks!

How comes some people are going for an assessment for 2 days? I was only invited for one day - the Compass test.

I did the personality XT test at home online

For those who've been there,
I know that issue came up in this thread, but according to the assessment test of BBA, which site is the best to prep to their assessment? I saw lots of good sites to study from, but every each one of them suits to specific place according to what I understood. How did you study guys?

The English grammar test is fine, but there was another part of the test testing my knowledge of words that mostly I have never even heard of before and I am a native English speaker !
