There is no phase 4 for this scheme, those who got through just have to complete some kind of personality test. I contacted FTE earlier was able to obtain some scores for the assessment. Apparently if there was a phase 4, then I would have probably been asked to return to Exeter for another assessment.

@sps1984 passed the phase 3 also and did the personality assessment online, now just waiting for (final) answer.

what percentage did people get on their PILAPT cross hairs and flying through the boxes?

I got 10 10 10 for the flying through boxes challenge and 4 5 4 for the other I think, but I was told by the school that the scores you see are misleading and shouldn't be there. Don't worry so much about what scores you see on the screen .

I got straight 10's for the boxes and the crosshairs. 4th time I've done it I think. Practice makes Perfect But ditto what EZY said, having had a conversation with a Pilot Careers guy from CTC he said what you see on screen is almost irrelevant

Wow! thats good!
This is my 2nd time and I got 60, 80, 80 for the crosshairs and then 60, 80, 90 for the flying through the boxes.
I improved each time so im hoping thatll work in my favor since that was the point of the task apparently.
