That's interesting, because on Wedneaday 14 of us made it through. It's good to see that they weren't restricting themselves to only 12 per day, and could adjust based on the competitiveness of each day.

I made it to final 72 interviewees as well
Can I ask where this was gotten from? I'm not saying it is incorrect I'm just interested to see whether that is an actual figure given by them to someone or whether it is a rumour that spread.

I think the day itself was very well planned out. There was certainly a chance to show aviation knowledge in the morning exercises, in the group interview in particular. You would struggle to form any argument in those questions without aviation knowledge as someone else correctly said here. From this they could definitely filter those who have a deep interest/knowledge in the field.

The only area where I think a bit of luck may have been needed was with who your interviewer was. People were telling me coming out their interviews that it was really like a friendly chat, completely relaxed and absolutely not like an intense interview. Well that certainly was not the case with my interview !! haha

Momo, Captain Kelly mentioned that 144 had been invited to interview at the start of the day.

I was referring to the alleged 72 at interview stage. I'm not sure it was the case that half of the people or more got invited to interview everyday. Some days was less.

Yes, but I imagine it would be round about that figure. AL mentioned that half would go through to interview; some days it was more, some days it was less.

ok fair enough, i do wonder to what number this 70 people will be reduced to and how they will do it. I asked hr at the end of my day and they said they don't yet know what number they will cut it to or how, the wait is on ...

Apparently emails are out for the next stage; 2 personality questionnaires. According to another forum they have taken around 30 to this stage, so if you've got an email good luck!

I got an email at about 5 saying i'm through to the personality tests! Did we not need to do tests like these in the initial online tests?

I was the Wednesday group by the way.

Hopefully the numbers at this stage are significantly less than the 72...

Did anyone who's done the tests get any sort of confirmation email? I didn't....

It'd be interesting to know how many cadidates are left standing. Presumably this stage is only part of the selection criteria? Given all the effort which both candidates and assessors have gone to so far the idea that the final decision will come down to an online personality quiz seems a bit contradictory.

I didn't get any confirmation either - the two websites just said that the results were registered, and then I closed the tab.

I'd like to think that the numbers are really small now, but probably a case that our personality tests will just add to our overall score for them choosing

Well, that's us through the 12 noon Monday deadline to get the personality questions answered. Good luck all, and hopefully we'll get a good reply soon!

Successful ones found out at the start of December. Made it to the final stage (again) but didn't get it (again) haha. Well done all.

Congrats to the chosen few - a brilliant achievement

I'd be interested to hear how final selection panned out, how did it take until December?

I got to the 'final' interview and was then sent a personality quiz but got no further. Were there further selections after this?
