I've been hired with them, probably to start end of August!
Really relax team, super nice. Questions over almost all subjects (perfo, POF, meteo, electricity, instruments, air law and ops), but not really difficult. Mainly to see if you have the basics.

Recently got successful for a TurboProp job as First Officer with Type rating payed by the airline.
I am staying put.
Let Norwegian destroy landing gears by giving a medium jet in the hands of a 200 hours people born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
It's coming the moment when airlines will have no pilots to recruit and when their shiny 120million$/each jets will stay on ground.
Then we will make the T&C
Airlines pulled too much the strings as well as their recruiting departments.

I have not heard from them as well. I believe they recruit mainly integrated students. Just heard that 20 cadets will be taken from Kura Aviation program (from the FB page of Kura Aviation).

FTEJerez cadets selected by OSM to join Norwegian Airlines as First Officers ? FTEJerez | News
Interview opportunity with Norwegian - Kura Aviation
It looks like you either go integrated and get put forward by the school or go modular and round off your training with a "pre selection MCC/JOC package" (my own terminology).

Kura has I believe an 8500£ MCC JOC course that includes 5 day interview training. Afterwards you're put in their hold pool and they may forward you to their partners.
If you just want a 737 mcc joc there are PLENTY of alternatives out there that provide a quality service for less than half the money. I can think of at least 4 in the UK alone.
Yes, kura will give you double the sim hours, but when did airlines ever care about sim time? Unless you're one of those weird people that thinks TT includes sim
Is it a great course? I'm sure it is, and they have managed to place people with airlines that have been out or training for years - but many more people have gotten jet jobs without spending more time in the sim than you would during a complete TR course.
