Same email here and I am away with just an iPad mini! Anyone who has completed them, can u shed some light on whether it is doable on a touchscreen or not?

Good luck

Same here PZ... Not even an ipad mini but an iphone in a place with substandard internet connection. Anybody knows if there are more DEP selections planned? Would be a shame to miss out.

Does anyone know what the tests are? Psychometric, numerical reasoning etc.

Thanks, ES

Evening,

Some of the tests might be possible to complete on an iPad but I would DEFINITELY NOT do the hand/eye coordination and reaction test without computer with good mouse and keyboard.

Good luck!

Dears,

Everything is clearly explained beforehand and really straightforward.

There are no ATPL questions.

You will need a calculator, paper, pen and a mouse.

As usual, the verbal reasoning should be the hardest test. 49 questions, 12 minutes.

Any idea what the terms and conditions on offer might be?
Best of luck to everyone applying.

expansion

it's still a bit basic at the early stages
but to follow is Interview and Sim test is a certainty
That's if you get through the next paper test...
Looks like big expansion out of Dublin now IAG are involved...loads more A330's
Taking Airbus rated and non-type rated (lower 1st yr salary)
5353 roster plus 35 days leave.

Hope that helps!

Good luck.

Was there a email sent after completing the assessments, to say all completed. There was a screen afterwards but no email.

Can you explain more about this paper test? Is it after the online assessments?

Do you know how many FO'S are being recruited?

I think it is a further Psychometric assessment.
It was on paper/computer last time.
Looks like at least 20 needed this year on top of Cadets etc..

Longhaul expansion = more A320 direct entry - needed yesterday - to allow fleet progression (whatever fleet it is)!
only one visit needed usually, interview and Sim over two days max.
Type rated contractors will be needed too...later probably.
Current contractors being offered permanent positions for next spring.
Get in now to avoid seniority gaps!

Sounds good.

Do you happen to know many positions are going?

Is the sim the next day or do you get a few days?

As said before. Verbal reasoning was the hardest part. Crashed 5 times in that horrendous game. The rest not too hard I thought.

Fingers crossed, seems like a very good gig.

Think its bit soon for a call. Applications only ended today.

Could be wrong. I haven't heard anything.

What has happened before. Is it a call or do you get a email with an interview date?
