But in the e mail they said that you have to answer these questions within the next 3 days and not within the next 72 hours. I think there is a difference isn't it?

Don't know if any of you guys read the boards.ie thread, but according to a poster, an Aer lingus training captain said we should hear back on Monday. I hope this isn't the case, that leaves us with a roughly one week's notice.

I read that post in Boards too.
Most likely someone 'in the know'. The whole point of EI outsourcing pre-selection to FTE is so they won't be involved too much at this point so I doubt that information is very accurate.
Last year we received the invites on the Friday then some others sporadically through the next week upto and including during the assessments as cancellations came up.

I think we'll find out either tomorrow or Monday, I reckon it'll be too much to expect the fto assessors to get back to us the day after the final essay responses were submitted.

I wonder if they will be sending out any e-mails over the weekend?
I've not heard of anyone whose had a rejection yet so could it be that the invites are going out first so that they can fill any places that are not taken up with people who have been initially rejected?
I'm really wishing that that I submitted earlier in the window now.
