Hi There,

I am looking for a new job, I have only ever worked at one airline but now they have closed there doors.

So far have put in online applications to

Jetstar HK
Jetstar JP
Mega Maldives
Fiji Airways
Lion Air
Cebu pacific

Could anyone recommend any other airlines I could try for? I will go anywhere apart from Africa

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the suggestion CVan, but they wont allow EFIS time, only want people with NG hours! frustrating....

Slight problem with your applications,

Jetstar HK fly buses. So do Jetstar Japan. Cebu and Air Arabia are also bus only operators too.

Hi Pilotchute,

Yes I understand that those airlines fly the Airbus, however on JetStar website it says just 500 hours of Multi Crew experience and does not specify hours on type required. similar story with the others, no direct requirement for Airbus time.

The airlines that are requiring time on type I have not bothered to send an application.

I have been using the careers section of airlines home pages to try and find vacancies, the other websites I have found are FlyGosh.com latestpilotjobs.com and flightdeck freind

Jet2 are looking for 757 and 737 captains. I have the alert setup for their recruitment page and the ad only went live yesterday. I just don't have command experience!

Very few airlines will respond to you direct now, mostly only go via agents.

Which agents are used? I have heard of Rishworth but are there any others? are they taking a cut of your potential salary?
