Rottweiler is correct that one of the courses is pretty full due to transferring existing crews to the props. It looks like course numbers and dates are fluid with Flybe trying to keep the hold pool small and get people started as soon as they possibly can
Hi mate im in the same position as you. Have you heard anything from them about a possible start?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone in the Flybe hold pool had been provided with an update to potential start dates? Also does anyone know roughly how many people are in the holdpool currently.

Smile hold pool flybe

Hello,

I'm also currently swimming in the flybe holding pool, no idea on how many people there are in the pool but I think they have slowed down their recruitment.
Let's hope we hear something soon!

Hello all,

I've seen today that Flybe reopen the assessments for Dash F/O's.
I'm in the hold pool since June and no more infos up today. If anybody hear something or get a TR course start date please keep us aware!

I understand courses will be new year now. Hopefully January/February. Flybe have no issue with you getting in touch for an update on where course start dates are up to or any other questions you have prior to starting.

I'd recommend if you haven't heard anything since June to get in touch for an update

Good Evening

I was wondering what peoples' experiences were with how long it took to get from application to interview/assessment and then a job offer.

Any insight would be useful.

Thanks

Flybe

Hey,

From putting in my application it took a couple of months to get a interview. I found I was successful the day after the assessment day and have been in the Flybe hold pool since then.

Hope this information helps.

Good luck with your application.

I applied over a month ago with everything asked for and still haven’t heard anything, expecting a pfo email anytime now. What all airlines are looking for is a mystery, not just Flybe...

If anyone has been given a start date for a TR course recently I’d be interested to know. Passed the assessment in July and haven’t gotten a date yet.

There is a number of people on here that passed the assessment July/August time. None that I know have been offered a start date as of yet. A mixture of the Embraer going out of service and TCX going bang, have pushed us in the hold pool further down the pecking order.

I would say if you require a update I would contact Paula in HR she is honest in letting you know the situation at hand.
