I've requested an Application Form. It's worth a shot - worse case scenario is they say 'No'.

I've got just over 150 hours and I started my ATPL Ground School in March with ProPilot, so I hope they don't instantly reject my application because of that.

I don't have a clean driving licence so I assume that will disqualify me...

Anyway, worth a shot I guess!

not to make You worry, but I was rejected last time, when I was at the stage You are now, with best wishes for my ATPL training...

But was that because you had already started your ATPL theory?

I applied when I already had my ATPL exams and managed to get down to the last 4 candidates and went for the final interview down at Coventry so it's worth a shot!

It states that those with CPL's are not allowed to apply. I have done my skill test and passed but have not sent the paper work in, would this count against me?

I would say nobody knows that you passed the test if you don't send in the paperwork...

Would the CAA not find it a bit strange if they one day receive another skills test form from a separate examiner passing the same test?

What's the source on that figure? Sounds like quite a low number but I guess the window for applications was quite short and publicity was low.

Not yet, although I did send my application on the later side of the application period.

I received an invite on the 7th for the assessment day . My application went in on the closing day on the 6th so presumably they're working back through them? Anybody else going?
