Chances of Employment with an OML on EASA Class 1 Medical

Hi everyone,

I have been unfortunate enough to get an OML limitation on my EASA Class 1 medical. It has been put in place for being on Warfarin for an indefinite period.

Before I continue further on this never ending journey, would like to know from people with first hand experience/knowledge, whether this will affect my chances of getting hired??

In theory a Class 1 is a Class 1 and all airlines operate in a multi-crew environment, however, theory can be very different to the real life!!!

CAA is quite ok with it, but, would be good to know what the airlines think about it,when recruiting, especially newbies with only a few hundred hours under the belt !!!

Would like to know your thoughts on the matter........

Thanks
