Great! Congratulations!
Heard the good news as well today

Has anyone already attended the 2nd stage(interview)?
And if so: What kind of questions can we expect? Non-technical I suppose?

To everyone still in the race..good luck! and also to those who aren't anymore ofcourse..

Thanks in advance!

Latest update says that anyone can apply even the guys who are on the short list for the Q.
We know it will be :

Basic ATPL Questions

Psychometrics

Interview

Sim

As last time.

Be aware the Q hiring has not stopped so for all of us who are on the list patience.

I hear 8-15 pilots but if they all going to be TR on A320 or not is unknown.

The same have been said for Aegean and some people got in without TR.

No it will not, if it was I would automatically be on the A320 list as I got through.

I expect a more difficult test.

I am surprised they are still hiring. No fleet or network expansion and yet more crews are coming in. Do they plan to expand or their staff turnover it is that high?

They lost a big number of FO from the Q and they had to hire foreigners leading to high expenses, so they decided to take local and drop the costs

Its Olympic Air and not Olimpic Air.. No news on the bus recruitment, rumor has it that it will not move forward. Recruitment on turbo-prop fleet continues.

Rumors floating around that OA will be getting rid of all the airbus a/c until october. Im not too sure how true this is, however it is whats being heard right now. If this is true, i doubt any hiring for these a/c will take place.

Exactly... It seems the investment company behind Olympic aren't willing to put even one more euro in the company... And its a shame, some very professional people working in the company, and in general a very nice product for the Greek market. Lets hope for the best

That's really going to limit the number of applicants, oh well, better start those language classes.

Anyone been to a assessment for Olympic lately? Got a sim assessment in Stockholm next week for the Q400. Would be nice to know a little bit what to expect regarding questions, tests etc. How are the salarys for a FO in Olympic? Roster?
Im rated on the Dash 100/300, 1000 hours total time.

So you are rated on the Dash and have 1000 flying hours. I was wondering all this time 1 year why I didn't receive an answer from them, although I'm native Greek. Have around 400 Hours no type rating on the Dash.

As far as I remember they used to do the sim assessment in Athens on PC Simulator MD-81 apparently.

Good Luck anyway!
