I applied on the 19th, got their email on the 27th.
French nationality, less than 400 hours.
1% is really not much but it is more than 0 ! (to state the obvious)
Good luck to all and regards,
FSP

If it bounces back, you can try other ways (regular mail?).

I suspect that the selection is closed for now (the website job ad has been removed).

Do however send the Excel sheet because as I said, there could be other openings for their new subsidiary in Africa.

So, is there any chance for the people not speaking any of the languages they ask for?.

I sent my Excel query form on the 1st February, about 45 mins after I received the email from Brussels Airlines.

After hearing rumours that the email was bouncing back for some people, I resent mine on the 4th and low and behold it bounced back.

So the scheme must have closed between the 1st and the 4th February. I am still awaiting my yes or no email by the way. Hope that clarifies some issues.

Think your only get a Y or N if you got the excel form back to them. I maybe wrong.

Recently been applying for jobs within all the European airlines, slight feeling of discrimination going on, but the wording gives them a get-out clause. Examples, KLM have stated you must be within 30 mins commute of Amsterdam, operations out of Malpensa state you must already live and work in the area, Lufthansa seem to have problems understanding English at the moment so only hire people from their own training schools.

Britain has BA, rapidly going down the pan due to union incompatibilites. Wish I was foreign.

Still nothing after the excel form, still waiting for a Y or N... I would be surprised if training has already started, that would be a bit soon after the vacancy had opened, wouldn't it?

hi!
It looks like that I'm still in the run with Brussels Airlines. So I'm waiting for an email around the 15/2 (hopefully).
I'm 27 with 860 Hours TT with 500 hours TPP in an airline (turboprop)

Good luck to everybody still in the loop

How have you worked out that your still in the running? I returned the excel document the day I was sent it but have yet to receive a Y or N email.

Im very low hours, just shy of 300 but ticking up every week.

Any more info anyone? Good luck to all still holding in there!
