CRM Issues
I need to brush up on my CRM, as this was my weakness on an FTO selection day. They've suggested the CAA website, which i've had a look at, can anybody help me any further?

Depends which bit of CRM they felt you needed to work on. Was it an assessment day for an airline or just to get in the door to pay them lots of money to attend their school? If the latter don''t be seduced by the marketing.

It was a well known FTO based in the very south of Britain...
They basically said i had 'some negative behaviours' and 'confrontaional leadership' techniques that can be sorted by studying CRM... The CAA's documents seem good, but i'm just wondering how much other stuff there is on it. How do pilots get taught CRM?
By the way, i am aware of the current situations regarding FTO's, but i still want to try and get as far as i can. To fail is to not try at all...
