Flybe interviews this week
Hi
A new user to PPRuNe, looks like a great source of info.
Did anyone attend an interview Weds, Thurs or Friday of this week?
I am especially interested in the format of the interview. I have heard varying opinions, from it been a nice cosy chat to the full on ex BA Connect type of interview.
I was down in Exeter on Thursday anyone care to share the experience they had?

Relaxed affair, One pilot, one HR.
Questions come in 3 sections:
About Flybe
About you/your experiences
Technical (not rocket science but nerves made me botch a couple)
Still got the nod tho

Hi All,
Same question as above really, just wondered when you applied and how long you had to wait for the invite to the interview, how were you contacted Via email or via post.
Well Done those who have so far had good news, hopefully i will be joining you soon.
Regards
MAB

I have'nt received anything back yet since applying last week. I have a friend who has had an interview with them this week. He got a phone call a couple of week ago, this was the first contact he had had from them since he applied back in July when the online aplication was last open! So I guess people having interviews this week are from previous applications. Can anyone shed any further light?

Hi guys!
FlyBe receive a fairly huge amount of applications, so do not expect to here from them a week after submiting your form ( and this is also applicable to many non aviation businesses).
Got my long awaited interview yesterday, and the desciption made 2 or 3 posts herabove is accurate.
Unfortunately I was not able to attend my first interview with them, so had to wait another 18 months to have my name back on top of the pile...
One week to go before finding out if it's a pass or a fail...
