TR's & MCC's.
hi all,
are there any companies out there that don't make you pay for your TR? and ones that will reinburse you fully if you do pay for one? here in canada paying out-of-pocket for company training is a very ugly thing to do.
and how about MCC's? are there companies who will also pay for that as well?
lastly, is it imperative that you are fluent in the language of the company you wish to work for? if i apply to lufthansa do i need to be fluent in german or is conversation level or none at all ok? i speak 2 other languages other than english, so again if neither languages are german for example can i still work for lufhansa?
