Hi guys,

I was contacted from Dublin and not from CAE AMS and after all the call that went really good, she said she would transfer the infos to Amsterdam. We are 3 guys in this case. Anyone else the same situation? I have the impression they changed their way of choosing their people. Because she even said to one of them, "you succeeded" but didn't give an interview date.

During the Ryanair application where it asks for Total flying hours, should I include any sim time in this total along with aircraft time?

They're asking for total flying time. They shouldn't even need to include the word 'flying', as sim time is never* counted towards total aeronautical experience. It is highly frowned upon and does not give a good impression, when a low hr pilots tries to inflate his TT this way. I don't get why some schools don't hammer this into their students from day one. Filling out a logbook should be pretty basic stuff.

Question for the guys who’ve got an assessment booked next week, how long has the wait been (Captain almighty, Tiago105, Vicsou, Arnim)? My Sim partner was called within three days of applying, this is my first post on PPRUNE but from reading all that’s above there’s no apparent structure of how individuals get selected for the assessment right?
