I see the CAE application portal now has a section for uploading documents. Maximum file size of 135kb is proving tricky though. Anyone have any similar issues?
Edit: Seem's to be a glitch that resolves itself either be reloading page or selecting and uploading files 1 at a time rather than selecting files all at once then uploading separately.

Personal & Technical Questions
Dear Pilots,
I hope that everybody of you passed the assessment
Did anybody of you use the preperation package from latestpilotjobs? (Ryanair Pilot Interview and Assessment-Latest Pilot Jobs-Latest Pilot Jobs) ?
I am invited as well and will do the assessment in 2 weeks. I am already a very nervous, because my current employer lost an ACMI Charter contract and has given notice to me and two more crews :/
Could you do me a big favour and tell me truth about the personal and technical questions?
Thank you very much for your support!!!!
Best regards

I have the same issue as you do. Although I have uploaded the docs I still can't modify the application. Anyone with the same problem or that has been able to sort it out?

I have been unable to update my CAE profile for several months now (5ish?) .. Shame, because I've actually got an FI gig now and would like to update my hours ..
Anyone know what is up with that? Does it mean I'm out of the running already?
Don't dare make a second profile for fear of disqualifying myself ..
Edit: Still can't modify my application after uploading all the documents. Did not receive a confirmation either.

Technical and personal questions
Firstly, good luck to everyone of you who got an assessment! Good job!
During my assessment I didnt get that many technical questions actually, there were more personal questions than technical. Remember, they want to see what kind of person you are, and if you can fit into their team.
But some of the technical questions were: seats on the 737, how many? how many emergency exit are there? What is anti skid and how is it working? Whats the maximum ceiling on the 737?
Then I got some questions about my ME aircraft, the DA42. How many batteries are there and why? What is FADEC? Anti ice? ELT? Can you turn it on from the cockpit? Does it work in water?
The personal questions were: who are you? why do you want to join ryr? why should we hire you? Whats the most important thing about the MCC according to you? Etc... The interview lasted for about 30 min.
I found it really funny and exciting, the assessors were very friendly and helpful (But they will test you, in any other way)
3 days later I got the positive answer

Hi guys! As speed_alive_rotate asked me for some info I'll post my answer to him with the details of my Assessment Day.
As I told in my posts, it was quite easy, depending always on the Captain that interviews you.
The sim was simple, they just want to see your CRM and flying skills, the most complicated situation is a simple non-normal situation in the cabin that makes you to decide to return to the departure field. (passenger fainted, heart attack, galley fire..)
Then on the interview, some questions about your license, where did you studied and what do you think about you school and in my case about the company where I worked as OCC Flight Dispatcher.
After that some questions about what do you know about Ryanair, number of A/C, bases and destinations mainly.
After that the Captain started to make me questions about the A/C I knew more(DA42), and questions about the De-Ice system; the asked where do the swept wings start to stall, and what things are fitted to the wing of the 737 to retard that(Vortex Generators, Winglets and Slats), and how many time does the emergency power supply system feed the 737( I said that at least 30 min., as the ICAO regulations says that).
The sim was brand new, located at the hangar 2, like a FFS but without the pistons for movement.
They want us to pass, as they need prepared pilots; READ THE ACE: THE TECHNICAL PILOT INTERVIEW and also others, but the ACE is imperative.
Best of luck to you all !!!!

I have been through the last 150 pages on the Ryanair thread and was wondering could you spare 5 mins to just simply inform me of your:
HR Questions and Tech questions at your interview.
I would be most grateful for any help or advice you can offer,
Thanks again and best of luck with your Type rating,

Hi Guys,
I've just done this today, I think they are referring to the actual report sheets the examiner fills out once you pass you Skills test and IR. You will see these sheets note the attempt number and partial pass etc.
