Application on files
Hi guys,
I got this anwser from CAE, "The airline advised us that at this point your application is not rejected but will be kept on file until further notice." Does any of you got same anwser? Anybody got called after this? I just wonder if its a nice way of saying "no thanks", or they will realy consider my application in future.

The email says:
"You must please bring 2 of the following references on the day of the assessment:
• A written employment reference
• Academic reference"
Can someone confirm, they need 2 references from past employers and 2 academic or they need one from each category?

I'll start off by shooting down a few rumours which have been going on here since the start of this thread in 2005:
1. They don't hire Irish pilots. - Yes they do.
2. They don't hire cadets above 30. -Yes they do
3. They don't take second time applicants. -Yes they do.
I have friends who fall into categories 1 and 2. Myself I was in DUB last week, good news a few days later. I was unsuccessful in 2013.
FR1601 4.4.2016 in EMA. There's a group on facebook for those of us on the same TR course.
